Field Consultant Norfolk/Suffolk
SUBWAY®, the worlds largest sandwich chain and the worlds number one franchise is searching for Field Consultants in the counties of Norfolk, and Suffolk.
Flawlessly executing the implementation of corporate policies and programmes that will have a direct impact on the profitability of the market.
Achievement of operational excellence by conducting monthly store evaluations and implementing new ideas through coaching, training and mentoring. Identifying new location opportunities for territorial growth and assisting franchise owners with store design and construction. .

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
Restaurant management or business experience (multi-unit strongly preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
STRONG P&L/Financial analysis and computer skills an advantage
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
JOB PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS INCLUDE:
Excellent time management and self-motivational skills.
Flexibility in an ever-changing environment.
Candidates will ideally be based in Norwich or Ipswich area and primarily covering the Norfolk Suffolk counties.
