Deputy Manager Greater Manchester
We are currently hiring enthusiastic, innovative Deputy Managers.
This is a hands on role and duties include but not limited to :
· Assisting with managing the stores financial performance and maximizing profitability.
· Maintaining the stores operational performance
· Ensuring consistent and outstanding customer service
· Leading a team, recognizing achievement and managing performance
· Maintaining the safety and security within the store
· Ensuring the store is in full brand compliance and operating within the local Health & Safety Regulations
· Adherence to Subway Specs, ensuring all operations are completed to Subway Standards, with regards to all food products, food preparation and handling.
· Working alongside the team, leading by example
· Deputizing in the absence of the Store Manager
SKILLS REQUIRED
· Experience of successfully leading a similar team structure
Strong verbal communication skills
Effective Time Management skills
· Strong customer service skills
· Training and motivating skills
· A passion for the brand
SALARY
This will depend on experience and ability, starting salary is £16K . Other benefits include (non contractual) bonus scheme, meals on duty, discount card and development opportunities.
